We had an overall wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Pui and Nikki at the front desk—they were exceptionally sweet, friendly, and always happy to help. They made our stay so comfortable, helped us book our ferry to Koh Phangan, and even arranged transportation for us. Their hospitality truly went above and beyond. The hotel was also in a fantastic location and was spotless throughout our stay. We will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here!

Our first trip to Thailand started perfectly here in Koh Samui. We stayed as a group of 5 and loved that our two rooms were set up on the same floor. The hotel features a beautiful pool and a fantastic beach right on its doorstep. The absolute highlight of our stay was the wonderful and friendly staff who helped us with everything. Had the best stay at Ozo Chaweng Samui. Will definitely be back in the near future. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The amenities are great and the pool and view is phenomenal. Highly recommend for all ages. A special thank you to our favourite bartenders Billy and Dum. They were very friendly, their service was excellent and we loved talking to them during our stay whenever we were by the pool. Best place to stay on the island without a doubt!

The staff truly made the experience exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, and the beachfront setting made it even more special. Breakfast had a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious.
